MEMORIAL DAY CEREMONY
Our Special “Thanks” to the following who helped
make our First Annual Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony a Special Day:
The Veterans Memorial Center Color Guard and Rifle
Team, under the leadership of Bill Kowalczyk; Kenn Huffman, Bill Vaginois,
Pat Clendenning, and George Stringfellow;
Kevin Lloyd, Assistant Store Manager of the Cocoa WalMart
who sang the National Anthem; Chris McCombs, who plays Taps; Jeff Watson, who
played Amazing Grace on the bagpipes; and Col. Danny McKnight, US Army
(Ret.), who was our Guest Speaker.
Our “Thanks” also go to the Vietnam and All
Veterans of Brevard Organization for the use of their sound system, and
“Extra Thanks” to Ralph Eurasso for monitoring the
system.
