Incomparable facilities for
Weddings Receptions Birthdays Anniversaries Reunions Celebrations
· The facility is available for rental by the public (not restricted to veterans).
· We rent for a full day (from 8:00 A.M. until 11:30 P.M.). The facility will accommodate up to 140 people and leave space for dancing. Over 140 you will lose dancing space.
· Standard fee for the full day in $600.00 plus $36 tax, payable not later than 30 days before the event. (Contact us for veteran discounts.) The agreement includes access to the kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, and microwave), use of our folding tables (3’x8’) and chairs (you set them up and return them to caddies before departing).
· There are some reasonable restrictions in decorating the facility – no nails or tacks in the walls; no tape on painted services (treat it as if you were holding the event in your own home).
· A $140 deposit is required to reserve the day for your event; that amount will be returned to you after the event providing the facility is left clean and undamaged (as you found it).
Alcohol
is permitted, however, you will be responsible for complying with Florida’s
age requirements and for any problems caused by its use.
